Eric Chester has spent more than 30 years helping young people figure out the challenging school-work-career transition. He’s a former high school teacher and coach who, after six years in the classroom, made a transition of his own to become a motivational youth speaker.
Over the span of 11 years, Eric presented dynamic motivational assemblies at more than 1500 high schools and colleges in North America. He’s inspired millions of high school and college students to reach higher and work harder.
Today, most of Eric’s presentations are delivered to top companies that rely on a young adult workforce. However, he still presents several programs each year for student leadership groups such as 4H, student council associations, DECA, FBLA and FFA.
In his renowned youth presentation, The Time of Your Life, Eric uses a tape measure as a metaphor to illustrate how students can get from where they are to where they really want to go… even if they don’t know exactly where that is yet! It’s a truly unforgettable experience with lasting impact.
