This 35-question, multiple-choice assessment should prove to be a very valuable tool for business owners and leaders, as it will help them see those areas where their culture is thriving, and those where they might need to make changes.
This online assessment takes an average of 15 to 20 minutes for an employee to complete. It is completely anonymous, meaning that the participant can answer honestly without any fear of retribution.
